The Anchorage School District has called off all after-school activities and sports Tuesday due to deteriorating road conditions
Fresh snow and a drizzly rain caused mayhem on Anchorage roadways Monday and Tuesday, and the Weather Service says more storms are on the way.
Anchorage received about 4 inches of snow Monday through Tuesday morning, said National Weather Service meteorologist Shaun Baines. The morning’s drizzle left a hard crust over the snow.
