The Only Way Is Essex star decided to change his life after he hit a "scary" 27 stone and underwent gastric sleeve surgery in a bid to change his life - both physically and mentally.He looked considerably slimmer as he showered by the beach, the scars of his gastric surgery present as he soaked up the sun, sea and sand that the Spanish coastal town had to offer.
