The movie will be a coming-of-age fantasy action-comedy story, which sees sixteen-year-old Kraken girl Ruby Gillman learn that she is next in the line of legendary sea krakens. Fonda will play the Warrior Queen of the Seven Seas, Ruby's grandmother who ascends Ruby to her throne.
