Jason Kidd wants to get back into coaching, either with the Lakers or at Cal. And he isn't shy about saying so.

During an interview Monday on ESPN with Rachel Nichols, Kidd did nothing to dispel the notion that he's interested in both jobs, depending on how things play out. Kidd, who won an NBA title with the Dallas Mavericks in 2011, has a career coaching record of 183-190 with the Brooklyn Nets and the Bucks. He went 1-3 in playoff series. He was fired in January 2018 when the Bucks were 23-22.They currently have a coach in Luke Walton, but it is widely thought that the Lakers will go in a different direction after a season in which the franchise is missing the playoffs for the sixth straight year.
