Jen Psaki spoke with Bill Hemmer and Dana Perino on 'America's Newsroom' Tuesday to discuss the White House's changing mask guidance and President Biden's State of the Union address.
The White House’s decision comes less than 24 hours before Biden’s State of the Union address.
