JunjiIto keeps winning with another Eisner Award for his spooky stories!
The Eisner Awards are a big deal in the world of North American comic books and manga that arrives from the East, and the latest award ceremony dished out plenty of Eisners to creators from both mediums. Having won a number of Eisners in the past, it would seem that master of horror Junji Ito has once again taken home the gold and won another award for a recent anthology series that is one of the creepiest that the manga artist has created.
Viz Media used its Official Twitter Account to congratulate the master of horror on his latest Eisner Award: “It’s a great honor to receive the Eisner Award for Lovesickness: Junji Ito Story Collection. I’m absolutely elated, and it feels like a dream.” pic.twitter.com/8FIV96SVLo
