PHILADELPHIA -- A juvenile has died after he was shot during a gun battle with plainclothes Philadelphia police officers on Tuesday night, the department announced.
According to Philadelphia Police Sgt. Eric Gripp, officers spotted two juvenile males on bicycles, one of them was armed with a handgun. "This kid fires a shot right into the rear passenger's side window. We're really lucky that we don't have an officer seriously injured or killed right now," said Gripp.More News Videos
