Take a minute to appreciate how positively GREEN this FeelGoodFoodPlan recipe is.
This was a hit in our home. Added the juice from a quarter of a lemon + chilli flakes and that just leveled it up completely. Definitely a do again!Made this with chard, roasted hazelnuts and 3 cloves of garlic, omitted the cheese. To what extent is it still the same recipe? I don't know, but it was delicious. This was delicious and came together really quickly! Definitely didn't get a smooth sauce , but the little bits of kale didn't bother me since they had been blanched.
Thanks BA!Really enjoyed it! First time making a kale pesto and was very pleasantly surprised. Flexible recipe in terms of adding enough water until yours is right consistency. My processor worked great. Will try with lemon zest next time to brighten it up and would consider an additional protein as well. Thanks BA!Really delicious! I used almonds instead of pistachios because that’s what I had in my pantry. Also swapped for gluten free pasta and was still delicious.
