Police were called out again at 11 p.m. when the party participants began singing karaoke. Officers again verified the complaint and warned the subject that if they were called out a third time he would be cited for disorderly conduct. He said he understood and would keep it quiet.A caller reported 2:50 p.m. Aug. 27 that a tree resting on a power line has been falling closer to the road. An officer located it and contacted CEI, which said a tree crew would respond.
