In a late Friday news release the premier acknowledged that over the last 10 days Albertans appear to no longer be seeing benefits at the pump from the government’s decision in April to cut its 13-cent gas tax.

Tombe said issues around the supply chain of ethanol required for gas and the associated extra costs could be a potential culprit.
