Kim Zolciak-Biermann said she needs to sleep on a specific mattress after calling 911 on Kroy Biermann for locking her out of their bedroom
Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak-Biermann and estranged husband Kroy Biermann had a tense exchange with law enforcement during their ongoing divorce.
The same law enforcement official informed Biermann, 38, that he could be charged with criminal trespassing for failing to grant Zolciak-Biermann equal access to marital property. The former linebacker replied from behind the locked door, “No I can’t.” After Zolciak-Biermann had all the items in her possession, she told officers: “I could have called you every day for the last two years of my life.”
Biermann responded with a filing of his own one day later, stating that he has “no desire to reconcile” with his ex. “The fact that he engaged in sexual relations with Respondent does not indicate a desire to reconcile,” the documents read.Elsewhere in the filing, Biermann argued that the duo’s “current living situation is unsustainable and detrimental to the mental and emotional health” of their minor children: KJ, 12, Kash, 11, and twins Kaia and Kane, 9.
