In the photo, you can see that Kardashian, sitting on Barker's lap, was not shy whatsoever when choosing where she wanted her tattoos. A butterfly, flanked by flowers, sits slightly above her chest, and images of praying hands, butterflies, flowers, a spider, a skull and crossbones, and snakes appear to decorate her arms. Her thighs are also covered in ink, with another flower making an appearance on her right thigh.
