Sesenta años después del inicio de la Beatlemanía y con dos miembros del cuarteto ya muertos, la inteligencia artificial permitirá el lanzamiento de una “nueva” canción de los Beatles.
La canción, llamada “Now And Then”, estará disponible el 2 de noviembre como parte de un sencillo con “Love Me Do”, el primero de los Beatles que salió en 1962 en Inglaterra, se anunció el jueves. “Now And Then” proviene del mismo lote de demos inéditos escritos por el fallecido John Lennon, que fueron tomados por sus antiguos compañeros de banda para componer las canciones “Free As a Bird” y “Real Love”, lanzadas a mediados de la década de 1990.
Las voces mucho más claras permitieron a McCartney y Starr completar la canción el año pasado. El nuevo sencillo contiene una guitarra que Harrison grabó hace casi tres décadas, una nueva parte de batería de Starr, con el bajo, el piano y un solo de guitarra slide de McCartney que agregó como tributo a Harrison, quien murió en 2001. McCartney y Starr cantaron como acompañamiento.
