In the four-candidate Senate Democratic primary field, Fetterman, the York County native and former mayor of Braddock, pulled 33.4 percent support among self-identified likely Democratic voters. U.S. Rep. Conor Lamb netted 10 percent, state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta, 7.6 percent, and Jenkintown councilwoman Alexandra Khalil, 2.8 percent.
The Emerson poll shows Sen. Doug Mastriano, R-Franklin County, out in front with support from 16.2 percent of respondents, followed by former U.S. Rep. Lou Barletta, at 12.4 percent. They are followed by conservative activist Kathy Barnette, with 6.4 percent; former U.S. Ambassador to Denmark Carla Sands, at 5.7 percent; Montgomery County businessman Jeff Bartos at 5.3 percent; and Philadelphia attorney George Bochetto at 2.3 percent; and attorney Sean Gale at 1.1 percent.
