Fox News host Laura Ingraham laughs during report on Nipsey Hussle's memorial, mocks late rapper's anti-Trump song
In an apparent effort to court controversy, TV host Laura Ingraham made a series of swipes directed at slain musician and community activist Nipsey Hussle during her Fox News show The Ingraham Angle on Friday night.
Ingraham then played a clip of the song, which became an anthem at protests during the 2016 presidential campaign and the rash of protests that followed Trump’s inauguration. Ingraham focused on the song’s chorus, which repeatedly uses the phrase “f*ck Donald Trump.” Hussle, a father of two, was fatally shot outside his apparel store, Marathon Clothing, in South Los Angeles on March 31. Tens of thousands of people poured into the city’s Staples Center on Thursday for a public memorial for the rapper, who was also a prominent community activist working with underserved youth.
