A father who lost his three children ages 2,3, and 6 months last spring filed a lawsuit against the city of Los Angeles and LA County, alleging officials ignored his warnings before his children were found dead inside their mother's Reseda apartment.

The Reseda mother accused of killing her three children appears in court for carjacking charges in Bakersfield on Wednesday.corroborates the fact the county’s child welfare agency and Los Angeles police were contacted multiple times regarding Carrillo’s behavior that made it unsafe for the children to be under her care.
