Around 8 p.m., a woman entered Harris Health Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital and said she was being chased by a man with a gun, according to the Houston Police Department. The claims led the hospital to briefly lock down before police determined there was no gunman or threat to people in the building.Second TEA forum met with more frustration from members of HISD community
Police said the woman and her boyfriend were driving in separate cars on Kelley Street when they got into some kind of argument. The woman pulled into the hospital, went inside the building and reported that the man had a gun, police said. Police said the male was never actually on hospital property. Officers on Wednesday night were still trying to determine if he actually had a gun.
