Leonardo DiCaprio, Martin Scorcese Partner for Naval Thriller Film at Apple TV+
, DiCaprio will star in the project with Scorcese directing, with Apple Original Films landing the rights to the book’s film story. The film will mark the second time the pair of Scorcese and DiCaprio are set to work with Apple, as the company is also one of the producers on the highly anticipated upcoming Scorcese film, is set to be released in April 2023.
However, six months later, a small group of three men land on the coast of Chile and claim that the original 30 pirates are mutineers. This sets in motion a tale of intrigue and mystery that the British Admiralty tries to uncover. For DiCaprio, this marks yet another partnership with Scorcese, the latest of which will be the upcoming. Besides that, the pair has had a legendary and longstanding partnership.
