I was delighted to see Anchorage getting a little positive attention in this month’s Outside magazine. How wonderful to be featured as one of “America’s 15 Happiest Towns.” Decades of trail work by countless residents has created a uniquely wild and happy place to call home.
My favorite statistic is “Parkland Percentage.”to submit via any web browser. Letters under 200 words have the best chance of being published. Writers should disclose any personal or professional connections with the subjects of their letters. Letters are edited for accuracy, clarity and length.
