Greg Abbott crossed the line between cheap political stunt and active cruelty.
There will be a “problem” regarding immigrants as long as there are natural catastrophes, oppressive governments, dictators, would-be-dictators and those who forgot “do to others as you would have them do to you.” Abbott is far removed from the three Magi greeting the Christ Child. The contrast between Abbott’s disservice to the constitutional rule of law and due process, and the life of Jesus is palpable.
