regarding Mr. Mandryk’s failure to grasp the point of the Saskatchewan First Act. A seldom used constitutional structure serves no one with the exception of the federal government. Liberals have understood this for years, which is why they have actively discouraged it with the exception of Quebec. And they accept it in Quebec because of all those lovely votes.Article contentGreen carts are just another case of the city dictating what the taxpayer should do They are clearly overstepping their boundaries. The taxpayer continues to pay and it will only get worse with the imposed downtown arena.
