Yes, I do watch my carb and sugar intake but I also don’t deny myself what I like.

I am now off of insulin and I still have to take medication for my diabetes, but my doctor just recently was so happy with my blood work that nothing has changed by way of my medication.You can still enjoy your food, just be smart about your choices and watch your portions.With 88% of Americans metabolically unfit, the opinion piece by El Paso attorney Steve Fischer is front-page material. Fisher has discovered how eating low carb can stop and reverse Type 2 diabetes.
