The 20-year-old artist shared a short clip of him and Cyrus hunkered down in the studio, perfecting the sensation they had on their hands. Lil Nas X described the 58-year-old country star's contribution as"the perfect conclusion" to"Old Town Road," but Cyrus emphasized how this only marked the beginning for the bubbling rapper.
"You're a light in this world, man. You're gonna shine," he told Lil Nas X in the video."People are gonna see you from all over the universe." The"Achy Breaky Heart" crooner added his heartfelt message via Twitter on Sunday, sharing a minute-long video of him recording his verse."Happy 1 year anniversary to #OTR! @LilNasX thank you for taking me on this crazy ride with you! You really do light up the world!"
