“The track is repaired and reopened,” Union Pacific spokeswoman Robynn Tysver said in a Tuesday email.

A downtown Los Angeles track where rail cars derailed over the weekend has been repaired and is now reopened, a Union Pacific spokeswoman said Tuesday evening, Jan. 18.at 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, at the intersection of San Pablo Street and Valley Boulevard. There were no injuries and the cause of the derailment remains under investigation.
