“Love In Action Juneteenth Rally” at the Dauphin County Prison
A local organization hosted the second annual Juneteenth protest at Dauphin County Prison on Monday to raise awareness of what they say are ongoing problems with its facility and treatment of incarcerated people., the “Love In Action Juneteenth Rally” at the prison located at 501 Mall Road in Harrisburg went from 5 to 6 p.m. on Juneteenth.
