Luggage startup Away confirmed that co-founder Steph Korey would be stepping down from her role as CEO following a scathing report into the company's culture. Korey will remain at Away in the role of executive chairman.

The news comes after an investigation by The Verge detailed allegations of a toxic workplace culture perpetuated by Korey.
