It takes 60 years for the same combination to present itself again."In Chinese traditional culture, the color of water is actually black. That's why it's "Black Rabbit", but also water means fortune and this year, you're going to have plenty of fortune," Li says.
When that happens, it is considered in Chinese culture to be double the luck and happiness that year.
