"I've worked at a resort for 19 years. Tip your bellhop. Bellhops are the most vindictive people in the industry. They will find a way to get back at you, whether it's lost/missing luggage, lost vehicles, slow service, ignored calls, wake-up calls, etc. They have secret code names for guests who have wronged them.
