The Winona County Police Department says the body was discovered using "information generated during the Madeline Kingsbury investigation."A body has been recovered connected to the disappearance of Madeline Kingsbury, the Winona mother who hasn't been seen since March 31. Her ex-partner -- who is the father of her children -- has been arrested.
