"This is the beginning of three marvelous nights of celebration, and it all starts with doughnuts," she tells them in the video. Madonna's children were also on hand to celebrate, and the second clip she shared, aptly captioned "Birthday dance," features her son David Banda and daughter Mercy James dancing backstage.
