Police said the victim was able to use a computer chair to keep some distance between herself and the suspect who kept telling the woman to “come over here.”
Montre Shepherd, 31, followed a woman through a back door of a counseling office on April 12 in the 3700 block of Colony Drive and claimed he was at the location to pay a bill before stating he wanted counseling.
The victim went to confront Shepherd and found him using the computer with his jacket off and shirt unbuttoned, according to an arrest warrant affidavit. That’s when police said Shepherd closed the door of the counseling room and locked it with both of them inside. Police said the victim was able to use a computer chair to keep some distance between herself and Shepherd who kept telling the woman to “come over here.”
