Troy Driver, 41, is being held on a kidnapping charge, the Lyons County Sheriff's Office reported.
FERNLEY, Nev. - Police have arrested a man in connection to the abduction of 18-year-old Naomi Irion from a Walmart parking lot.
Surveillance video from the parking lot shows a man approaching Irion’s car at 5:24 a.m., and a minute later, her car leaves the parking lot.
