A suspect was arrested Sept. 3 and again Sept. 4 at a gas station. He was charged with menacing, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct-persisting and operating a vehicle under the influence.

The previous day, police had been called to the same location about the same suspect and arrested him on OVI charges.On Aug. 27, police were dispatched for a hit-skip accident. The driver was identified and charged with a traffic violation and for failure to stop after an accident.During a traffic stop Sept. 4, police learned that the driver was under suspension and had cocaine in his possession. The suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.
