INDIANAPOLIS — A man has died after being shot during a foot pursuit with IMPD on the city's northeast side.
According to IMPD, officers initiated a traffic stop and were eventually led on a foot pursuit in the area of 34th Street and Parker Avenue.The suspect fleeing police was found with gunshot wounds and transported to a local hospital, where they later died.IMPD has asked residents to avoid the area of 34th Street between Dearborn and Oxford as they continue to investigate the incident.Several roadways in the area will be shut down for the next few hours as the investigation continues. https://t.
