UPDATE: Authorities and family members have identified a 26-year-old man who died after drowning in Lake Del Valle Saturday.
Alameda County coroner's office and family members identified the victim Sunday as San Jose resident Daniel Cullison, 26."The biggest danger is going out into the water without a life jacket," said Acting Lt.
