Haywood D. Dixon Jr., 39, of Columbia, Lancaster County, was pronounced dead at the prison at 12:06 a.m. Friday, according to York County Coroner Pamela Gay. The prison is on the 3400 block of Concord Road in Springettsbury Township. An autopsy will be conducted at 8 a.m. Monday at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown to determine Dixon’s cause and manner of death.show Dixon was arrested Wednesday for possessing a firearm without a license, resisting arrest, four drug possession charges, and three summary driving offenses. He was unable to post $75,000 bail.
