The office alleges Eubanks moved Episcopo-Daniels’ body to the basement of their Park Avenue home after she died. Trenton police officers found her body in a black trash bag while performing a check into her wellbeing. A U.S. Marshals’ fugitive task force arrested Eubanks Wednesday in rural, western Albany County, between the towns of Middleburgh and Berne, the prosecutor’s office said.The charge against Eubanks was filed Sept. 23, two days after police found her body, court records show.
David McNulty, the U.S. Marshal for the Northern District of New York, said in a statement: “Mr. Eubanks is a danger to society. We are proud to have secured his capture and wish to thank our law enforcement partners for their cooperation in this case.”
