The girl was forced to drink alcohol, smoke marijuana and was threatened with harm while being sexually abused for more than three days, prosecutors said.
The charges allege Watson had been making plans to make the girl live with him in Philadelphia, but that she was instead able to call for help when she was left alone at a Plains Twp. motel.
Watson fled the area after the episode but U.S. Marshals eventually captured him in December as he transferred between trains in Cleveland, Ohio. Watson is charged with statutory rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, rape, sexual assault, false imprisonment, indecent assault, corruption of minors, indecent exposure and making terroristic threats.
He continues to be held without bail at the county jail with a preliminary hearing scheduled for June 1.
