With multiple projects currently in the works, several Marvel Cinematic Universe movies get delayed by Disney and Marvel Studios for Phases 5 and 6.

Marvel Studios' Multiverse Saga is going to run a bit longer than planned as several Marvel Cinematic Universe movies in Phases 5 and 6 have gotten new dates. Phase 5 finally kicked off this year as the MCU is getting deeper into the concept of the multiverse and variants.
As revealed by THR, Phases 5 and 6 are getting a big shake-up in their release schedule. Captain America: Brave New World was originally slated for May 3, 2024, but will now open in theaters on July 24. Thunderbolts, which was scheduled for July 26, 2024, will instead arrive on December 20, 2024.
