Updated: Oct. 21, 2023, 4:14 p.m.A man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a spa in Westlake. CLEVELAND, Ohio – A masseuse has been fired after he was accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a Westlake luxury spa, authorities said.
According to a police report, the victim said she had visited the spa before. When Carthens walked her to the room, it appeared darker than usual, the victim told police. Carthens then touched the woman inappropriately several times during the massage, the report said.
