There are two major reasons why XRP is going up, while the majority of the other top altcoins are in the red at the moment. The first reason was explained in a recent tweet by Santiment on-chain data aggregator: the price growth is down to small whales, who keep in their wallets between 10,000 XRP and 10,000,000 XRP.
