The superstar rapper headlined Friday night's festivities, one of the largest in the country celebrating LGBTQ+ rights. As a general rule at every show, she invites several"hotties" onstage to demonstrate their twerking skills. Among them was Carlos Ruvalcaba, who traveled from Houston to L.A. to celebrate his 28th birthday.Megan Thee Stallion reunites with a Houston friend onstage at L.A. Pride. He says the superstar rapper defended him from bullies at Thomas Middle School.
Ruvalcaba positioned himself near the front of the stage during Megan's performance and knew at some point she would be bringing people onstage. He got picked but wasn't sure if she'd remember him."I looked at her and said 'Girl!' She looked into my eyes and said 'Luis? Bitch, what is my classmate from middle school ... What the are you doing here?'" Ruvalcaba recalls.
