Royal sources say the video was produced by the Sussexes themselves

Meghan, who writes her own scripts and speeches, narrates the video, which a palace source told VF.com was created in house by the couple’s social media manager. The background music is the inspirational women’s song the couple heard sung by children of the Nyanga township on their recent tour to South Africa.
In the video, which also features footage of the couple’s recent tour and celebrates girls around the world with images from accounts followed by the couple, Meghan says, “Today is International day of the girl. Every girl has potential, she has promise, she has the right to learn the right to be heard, the right to play, and to discover. And on their recent tour of Africa, she and Harry made gender-based violence and female empowerment a key issue.
