At a New York press event Wednesday, the company surprised onlookers when it disclosed plans to re-enter the smartphone business by the 2020 holiday season with a foldable, dual-screen device called the Surface Duo.Samsung’s relaunched foldable phone fixes some of the first issues, but now comes with a long list of warnings about handling the phone carefully.
