Former U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says he is not running for president in 2024.

Pompeo served under former President Donald Trump as director of the Central Intelligence Agency from 2017 to 2018 and as secretary of state from 2018 to 2021. He was considered a potential candidate as the 2024 election shapes up.
