The star acknowledges that, as a public figure, it's critical for her to showcase her confidence at the age of 50, in order to inspire women of a similar age who aren't in the public eye to feel good about themselves. In a sentiment that seems to echo that of Driver and Lopez, the celebrity chef feels that – with age comes wisdom about youth – noting that ''The two great enemies of happiness are self-consciousness and pressure to conform, and the older one gets, the easier it is to throw off those shackles.'
