The mom and baby, Jack, were brought to an area hospital and are doing fine, State Police said
released by State Police on Monday shows Trooper Michael Morreale receiving the baby, Jack, on the side of a white SUV at about 2:39 a.m. on May 21 — about two minutes after the troopers arrived at the scene.
The other two troopers — Ryan Van Arsdale and Anthony Makhnin — repositioned the mom and Jack after the umbilical cord became briefly wrapped around the boy due to the position of the mother.“Mom and baby Jack are doing great!” State Police said in a social media post. “Jack and mom are healthy and appreciative of the outstanding job by our Troopers.”
