First responders who arrived at the scene found the toddler suffering from a graze wound to the calf and rushed him to Weill Cornell Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition. Reyes-Sevilla, the second victim of the drive-by shooting, was grazed in the left foot but refused medical attention, sources said.
In the footage, according to sources, the man clocks the four-door silver sedan and begins adjusting his waistband.
