The 186-acre mixed-use development at Plano Road and the Bush Turnpike is one of the largest such projects in North Texas.Started in 2013 by developer KDC , CityLine is planned to eventually include more than 6 million square feet of offices, about 4,000 apartments, two hotels and 300,000 square feet of retail space.
