Several U.S. universities are ending various forms of relationships they’ve had with Russia both out of concerns for the safety of their students studying abroad as well as an expression of condemnation against the events unfolding in Ukraine

Instead of expelling Russian students, U.S. colleges should be encouraging them to study here where they have a chance for a quality education and the cultivation of values and principles that counter the worst of what the Russian government is now demonstrating to the world.
